While I know my way around a camera, stopmotion was totally new to me. This piece is created from 100s of still frames composed side by side. It is meant as a way to start a conversation around fast fashion and the amount of waste that is created each year. This becomes more prominent in the amount of stills that were taken to put it together. It introduces viewers to a company that is trying to change this by making new products out of your old ones.
(PS - Fast fashion did not occur in the making of this video. The back side of these jeans were completely torn and irreparable!)
